Ich bin ein Wanderer
Torsten Riemann, experienced song poet and thoroughbred musician, confirms with the album “Ich bin ein Wanderer” that songs have a beneficial, invigorating effect on the mind, soul and body.
“I am a wanderer, always different”: The first song on the album is profound, emotional and makes you think. To always be on the move, to be driven and not to stay in one place, a metaphor for the course of life itself. Titles like “Einfach da sein” and “Hans im Glück” highlight the songwriter’s life motto in a musically catchy way: enjoying life in the here and now and experiencing all experiences openly. But there are also emotional tones on the long player. “Er war ein Clown” is about Riemann's father, his father's and his own fears and how to deal with them.
Over the years, Torsten Riemann has perfected his distinctive style, which is characterized by a direct, personal approach, clear musical lines and sophisticated lyrics.
From album to album he allows himself the time to live his songs and you can hear it!
